RaneCAT-1300

RaneCAT-1300 is a gray/black slurry nickel metal catalyst supplied under water. It has no odor. It is pyrophoric and highly reactive with organic compounds when heated or allowed to dry.

Applications:

• Hydrogenation of olefins to alkanes
• Hydrogenation of nitro groups to amine
• Hydrogenation of carbonyl groups to the corresponding alcohol
