Sunchem offers unactivated fixed-bed alloys of nickel or cobalt with aluminum respectively, which can also be activated on site. We can supply alloys with continuous processing, high activity and effectiveness at low reaction temperatures. Different particle sizes can meet customer requirements, applied in double/triple bond hydrogenation and aldehyde hydrogenation, such as BDO, EG hydrotreatment, fatty alcohol refinement.

Some hydrogenation reactions require fixed-bed operations to achieve better performance and economic benefits. Sunchem offers varieties of fixed bed catalysts based on nickel or cobalt in a range of particle sizes to meet customer requirements. Fixed-bed catalysts have a unique active surface and compact core, providing high particle strength and low attrition as well as optimal reactivity.
