CPL is mainly used to produce polycaprolactam fiber resin, which is widely applied in textile, automobile, electronics, machinery, and other fields. At present, there are more than 30 companies worldwide producing CPL in 23 countries and regions, with a total annual production capacity of more than 5 million tons, which is a very key raw material.

  • Benzene desulfurization adsorbent:the trace thiophene sulfur in benzene can be reduced from PPM to PPB.
  • Catalyst for hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene:Ni base tablet form catalyst.
  • Cyclohexane hydrofining catalyst: SNCAT series can reduce small amounts of benzene and cyclohexene to the PPM level, meeting the need for commercial cyclohexane.
  • Catalyst for dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone:more than 50% conversion and 99.5% selectivity can be achieved at 210 degrees by CUCAT series.
  • CPL hydro-polishing catalyst:Powder RaneCAT series catalyst can be applied for tank stirred hydrogenation process and SNCAT series,extrudates catalyst for fixed bed hydrogenation process.
